These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://kingofdance.in (the “Site”), operated under the trade name King of Dance Patna HQ (“we”, “us”, “our”) in Patna, Bihar, India.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

King of Dance is a movement academy brand (street, contemporary, hip-hop, and related programmes) based in Patna. Contact for Site and enrolment enquiries: +918578839999 (WhatsApp).

A registered legal entity name may be added later. Until then, these Terms apply to use of this Site and related online enquiry flows under the trade name above.

2. The Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website. Class descriptions, schedules, instructors, and studio imagery may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer that automatically reserves a seat or creates a paid class contract.

3. Enrolment enquiries (WhatsApp)

The Join form lets you enter your name, phone number, and a discipline. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our studio number. You choose whether to send that message.

Sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not confirmation of admission, fees, batch timing, or any other commercial terms. Binding arrangements (fees, schedules, waivers, or parental consent for minors) are confirmed only when we expressly agree with you through our normal admissions process.

You must provide accurate contact details and only submit information you are allowed to share. Do not submit another person’s data without authority.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site in a way that harms service
• Scrape or harvest data at a scale that impairs the Site or violates applicable law
• Impersonate King of Dance, our staff, or other users
• Upload or transmit malware or abusive content through any Site feature

We may suspend access to the Site or ignore abusive enquiries where reasonably necessary to protect the academy, other users, or the service.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial information about King of Dance. You may not copy, scrape for training datasets, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law (for example fair dealing).

6. Third-party services

The Site relies on third parties such as hosting (Vercel) and, for enrolment, WhatsApp (Meta). Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, account bans, or policy changes on third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including class availability) is complete or current at all times.

Training involves physical activity. Any in-person participation is at your own risk and subject to studio rules, waivers, and instructor guidance provided separately—not solely by these website Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, King of Dance and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply, courts in Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
